We are Doggie Distractions!

Posted by Charles Hirsch

I own two beautiful dogs who have changed my life.  I actually don't know what I would do without them.  And aside from my  amazing children, these dogs are very high on my "most important people in my life" list.

Time gets away.  I don't know how or why sometimes, but often I have these two fuzzy panting slobbering dogs staring at me as if to say "so what now?"  I don't always get to take them for walks, or more honestly I don't always feel like taking them for adequate walks.  And when it is wet outside, I don't feel like cleaning up puppy paws from EVERYTHING.

I don't know if you've been there, but it is a place I frequent.

A year ago my friend introduced me to stuffing KONGs.  It was an amazing revelation for me!  My dogs LOVED licking all the treats from this oddly shaped rubber toy.  Better yet, it kept them occupied for as long as my creativity afforded.  I read articles on the benefits of their use and I was sold.  I mastered the recipes, built a workflow to stuff over 20 of these toys at once.  And then a joke about a business...

Today we are here to bring you wholesome, love filled distractions for when you can't go on a walk.  When you just have to leave and you want them occupied with something wonderful.  We are here to help you with your schedule, to make this convenient and most of all simple for you and your dog.

What is a Doggie Distraction?  It is MORE than just a treat.  It is a KONG filled with our recipes made of simple and pure foods.  Not only is this treat nutritious, it provides your dog an outlet for exhibiting natural behaviors.

I hope that you will give us a chance to enhance both the nutritional and psychological wellbeing of your dog and at the same time provide a bit of stress relief for you.  Life gets busy, but it doesn't have to be as lonely or boring for your best friend.
